Shipping policy

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) after your order is placed. You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a second email with tracking once it ships.

Orders placed after 12:00 PM MST, or on weekends or holidays, begin processing the next business day.

Shipping Times

Once your order ships, estimated delivery is 6-10 business days. Total time from order to delivery is typically 7-12 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Once a package leaves our facility, transit time is in the hands of the carrier and can be affected by weather, high-volume periods, and other factors outside our control.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and destination. Any free shipping promotions will be reflected automatically in your cart.

Order Tracking

When your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update after you receive it. If you haven't received tracking within 3 business days of ordering, reach out to us at Support@gameswing.co.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address. If you catch a mistake, email us immediately at Support@gameswing.co — if your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll do our best to correct it.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please contact the carrier first, then reach out to us. For packages that arrive damaged, email Support@gameswing.co within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll make it right.
